Frequently Asked Questions

  • Upstairs can accommodate up to 50 guests.

    Contact us if you are looking to book the full brewery.

  • There’s no charge to reserve the space. A standard booking is about 3 hours, and we’re often flexible depending on the date and time.

  • To hold the space, we require a credit card on file. There’s no charge to book, but we do have a $200 no-show fee and up to a $200 cleaning or damage fee if the space is left excessively messy or damaged. These situations are rare, but the policy helps us take care of the space.

  • Along with our beer brewed on site, we also offer mead on tap, canned wine, cocktails, apple cider, and non-alcoholic options including soda, kombucha, and NA beer.

  • You’re welcome to bring cake and fruit or veggie platters. For these items, please bring your own plates, utensils, napkins, and serving items. All other food and drinks must be purchased in-house. Between2Buns is on site Wednesday to Sunday.

  • Music, slideshows, and videos are all allowed, and we can help with setup if needed.

  • Decorations are totally fine. We just ask that everything is taken down and taken with you when you wrap up. No confetti-filled balloons, please.

  • Kids are absolutely welcome — we love having them around. Dogs aren’t allowed inside due to Coastal Health rules, but they’re welcome on the patio when the weather allows.

  • We’re located across from residential buildings and work hard to be good neighbours. If an event goes past 11 pm, we may ask groups to exit through the back, keep voices down, avoid lingering out front, and order rides to the corner of 3rd & Fir.
